FACING YOUR FEARS- EASING YOUR MIND

I am sentenced to prison, what should I expect?

My loved one is going to prison, what next?

What to expect at Perryville?

I have the answers.

Perryville: The Unpolished Truth is built on authentic lived experience. I've been through the prison system firsthand, and I understand the fear, confusion, and isolation that comes with incarceration—both for the individual inside and their families on the outside. My mission is to provide honest, straightforward guidance that cuts through the confusion and bureaucracy of the criminal justice system. I help people navigate reentry, understand their rights, and rebuild their lives after prison. By sharing real insights from someone who's lived it, I ease fears, answer hard questions, and help families stay connected and informed throughout the process. This isn't sanitized information—it's the unpolished truth from someone who's been there.

We will go over policies, procedures, and what to expect. My goal is to ease your fears and replace it with confidence navigating through the cement walls.

*How long before I can call my family?

*Where am I going to go?

*When can my family put money on my books?

and so much more…..

Jail Phone Consult

$50.00 15 min

Family members can prepay consultation fees through my booking system. Once payment is received, the inmate can call at a scheduled time. The jail phone provider charges an additional connection fee per call. In the event that a call is disconnected due to jail system issues, I will accept another call at no additional charge.

There is a clarification statement on my booking page where you can let me know whether or not the inmate has prepaid phone time. If not, the additional charge will be applied at the time of booking

When you book your ninety minute consultation, you're not just getting ninety minutes of my time, you're gaining a resource for the entire length of your loved one's sentence. If a question comes up after our session, you can reach out to me directly. And if it's something I don't personally know the answer to, I have a network of contacts inside who I can turn to, so there is rarely a question we can't find an answer for together. . It's important to note that policies inside Perryville can change frequently, so something that was true during my own incarceration may look different today. That said, this is exactly why my network matters, I stay connected with women who are currently inside, which means we can always track down accurate, up to date answers together.
